We loved ideal and comfortable location!!

The breakfast with many types of bread to toast, cheese and excellent coffee was marvellous, you'll find what you need. The staff was friendly and accommodating and responsive to what we asked for. The service was very good, including the good onsite restaurant. Besides, there was parking outside the hotel.

We had the most really good few days there. The hotel was modern, spotless offered particularly nice breakfasts and had an ideal location close to the TRAM station. The pool was nice, the stuff here was very helpful and amicable. All the services where good.

The staff were very rude, didn't expect that coming.

breakfast itself was ok, there was everything you know. WiFi reception is good. location is relatively close to the airport of barcelona and not in the middle of the big city bustle.

breakfast room in the basement without windows is not nice, thus a cold atmosphere. i think the same room is used as a restaurant in the evening. in the elevator there is a hint to the opening time from 20:00 o'clock - at 19:50 o'clock everything was still dark and chairs on the tables. "fitness room" is a big cellar room without music or similar and with few devices, i did not look at the pool. underground parking is not recommendable, because the road is very steep and entrance below is very narrow. i did not find a sign to the reception. unfortunately. surroundings are not very nice. opposite there are big buildings, next door is a big company. mc donalds and at least one italian restaurant are within walking distance.

I greatly enjoyed staying in this hospitable place. The room was neat & silent, and the bathrooms were modern style. The breakfast was great with accommodating personnel.

Utilize the nearby tram stop for easy access to Barcelona. It's a quieter travel option compared to other methods.

the hotel staff is really helpful and effective, I had an excellent meal in the evening for nearly no money, the tramway runs in front of the door which is nice if you need to be in the west suburbs of Barcelona (I always use this hotel when visiting a company there). They have free WiFi now.

It's the third time I've been back because I like the area and it's quick to get there from the airport. The hotel is quiet and very comfortable, everything works well, shower, air conditioning, wifi. Parking outside very good and in front, several places nearby to buy and other useful services. After waiting almost 2 hours to get my room I got a good one.

I arrived around 1pm and had to wait for almost 2 hours to get a room! The girl at the reception didn't seem to hurry or give priority to that and first they gave me the worst room (412) in the hotel with an iron bed and one of the worst aesthetic looks (that room is a mess...) As a repeat customer I would have expected better service at check-in! Besides, I communicated the arrival time in advance when I made the reservation, and I wasn't even offered a coffee to make up for it! The bar service was non-existent. During the wait I sat for a while, but no one came to see or ask if I wanted to order anything. Another guest was also waiting 10 minutes before someone answered.

Location is great with access to metro, spacious and clean room, and the breakfast was good! Staff were attentive and made me feel welcome 👌✨

Helpful and friendly staff, decent hotel. Around 30-40 minutes from central Barcelona by public transport.

no heating, really poor breakfast (no fresh bread, everything was old!), no internet in the room,, not worth the money!
